These terms govern your use of Wendee the Mermaid (“the Game”), available on the web and as a mobile app. By playing, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Game.
The Game is provided for personal entertainment. The core game is free to play. We may update, add or remove features over time.
If you submit a score, you choose a public username. You agree not to submit names or content that are offensive, hateful, harassing, deceptive, impersonating, or that infringe others’ rights. We screen submissions automatically and may remove any entry or block any username at our discretion.
The Game, including its art, characters, text and code, belongs to its creator and is protected by law. Your purchase grants a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Game — not ownership of it.
The Game is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. We don’t guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the Game. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable consumer law.
Your use is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
We may update these terms; continued use after changes means you accept them. We may suspend access for misuse of the Game or leaderboard.
These terms are governed by the laws of France, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
